I love my food plan, i haven't stuck to it 100% but i'm trying to make the right choices when eating. I'm trying to include raw veggies in all my meals. The morning shakes has been working for me. I have it before and after my workout and it takes me all the way to lunch without a snack in between. I have noticed that when I eat raw meals it keeps me fuller for longer periods.

I lost 5 pounds last week, i was really surprise to see results. Even though i'm working out I don't need to eat more because the food plan is keeping me full and energize. I love not having the heavy feeling in my tummy and it's ok not to be full when I'm done eating. I don't have craving for the unhealthy foods like pizza and hamburgers, and pastas. I did eat out this past holiday weekend, the choice of restaurant was Pho. I order veggie spring rolls (not fried) without noodles, it still kept me within the meal plan.

Jeff is starting to understand the importance of changing my eating habits. On Sunday he made egg whites with onions, mushrooms, zucchini and tortillas. It makes me happy that he is supports me, the change is good for both of us.

I did have chicken tacos with cheese and avocado and carrot cake for dessert on Monday. I did feel a little guilty but i'm learning to make the right choices and i know it will take time.
