Exercise: 11 mile run
lots of Water
tea
Two pieces sprouted grain toast
4pieces cliffs shot blocks
Lunch: one egg, 1/2 cup brown rice and black beans, salsa, avocado
snack: was2 a cracker and slice of cheese and a little butter
Dinner - out to dinner. Lazy Ox canteen- All veggie , well, 1 fish dish, but it was raw and a very decadent rice pudding with salted caramel .Heaven
2 glasses of wine then.......went out for a friends Bday
had 2 vodka sodas and felt like SHIT and way hung over the next morning. Its so weird, my body is getting more sensitive to drinking. Im noticing a huge change with that and Im really happy :)

Lunch: all raw big salad from whole foods... Greens , broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, tofu, quinoa
snack: almonds and walnuts
Dinner - homemade broccoli and leek soup with a big salad
