Day one of the three week plan

It's 9:51 a.m. on day one. I have already had my green shake and done a 45 min walk with slight jog at the end. I am hungry already. Over the weekend I purchased all my food for the week and boy it was so easy to do with the list in my hand of all the meals for the week. I loved it. I did not have to give any thought to what I was going to make. I know that making it through the first day is always the hardest, but with my buddy doing it with me I know we can do it.
