Finally!

Diagnosis
I've had intestinal problems since high school and no doctor has been able to tell me why....that is until now. A specialist recently told me that ALL of my symptoms indicate Colonic Neuropathy. (Intestinal Neuropathy) This diagnosis comes after 15 years of chronic diarrhea after eating anything, 9 colonoscopies, 2 endoscopies, over 35 different medications, and over a dozen dietary changes.

It's a relief to finally have a diagnosis but because of the rarity of this condition, very few surgeons will consider helping me. Because of this intestinal neuropathy, my quality of life has plummeted. I cannot go anywhere unless I have know where every bathroom is and I very rarely go anywhere unless I absolutely have to and that has caused me to be depressed and I feel lonely. Hopefully, things will change for the better...soon.
