30 minutes on the sit down stationery bike at a very chill laid back pace. Just enough to warm up the muscles to stretch afterward.

grilled chicken salad with candied walnuts, pear, a little blue cheese and balsamic dressing w/ garlic/cheese bread

miso coleslaw
chicken veggie stirfry

feeling good today. looking forward to strawberry fields. I should do good with my food this weekend because Ester will be around and we can help each other. Looking forward to the Lara bar on Sunday after the race.
