Wellbeing
Went to the beach yesterday with my sister and my sister-in-law and their families. My boys are both out of town. I know what kind of snacks they bring to the beach so I thought I would plan my own meals and bring my own food. I made a nice salad and the veggie soup. I enjoyed it very much. I brought my ABJ and edamame for snacks. I did very well and did not have anything other than what I brought for myself. It was late when we got home and I was really hungry. Glad I had chicken in the fridge and I just steamed some veggies, made some brown rice and dinner was ready. I am feeling really good. After filling out my weight watchers logs, I noticed that I am not eating the recommended number of points per day. I am short by about 4-5 every day. I am not sure if this matters. I don't feel week or deprived in anyway so for now I am going with it, unless you tell me otherwise. I am not using any exercise points or the extra 35 per week. Maybe this week I will have a glass of wine or two. Maybe next weekend after I weigh in on Friday I will share the bottle I got for my birthday with my friend Bea. :)
