Wellbeing
Well we are nearing our half way point of the 3 weeks and I am feeling great. We went on a 23 mile bike ride today through Griffith Park and up to Dodgers Staduim (the Ester route) and we actually dragged some unsuspecting persons with us. We had 7 people that went. Was a blast. I am just shocked that I have enough energy just from drinking 1/2 my green shake to make it and not feel like I am going to collapse. AMAZING. We will have a challenge on Friday as we are going to Disneyland. I will try and pack my food but if you have any suggestions please let me know. I am excited to weigh in on Friday to see how I did. Our department is having happy hour tomorrow night so I think I will have an ice water and then skip out after an hour to go swim. Not good to have wine before swim :).
