Observations: Mama sleeping in chair day and nite in awkward positions, hallucinations, talking to people or fill in the blanks we can’t see or hear, trouble eating physically, appetite uneven, usually must be strongly encouraged, lucid in snippets, verbal communication limited to one word answers or 3 word sentences, awareness of place, doesn’t always know where home is, she needs help in the bathroom, little strength in arms or legs
Thoughts: Be more observant, she might not articulate pain except by touch, She sits in her chair for hours, Do we move her, make her walk, Do we need heart doctor, What can Davidson tell us in person that he can not tell us on the phone about what to expect and what to look for Steve
