20 (25 meter) laps in the pool

40 Minutes of stretching

1/2 Green Shake

1 Cup oatmeal w/ blueberries and walnuts

Salad with 1/4 cup corn, radishes, green onion, tomato, 2 tablespoons Parm cheese, carrots

4 tablespoons - Avocado hummus with persian cukes and yellow pepper

Basic veggie soup and salad with 2 oz chicken and dressing.

My dressing is called "Galeos" - World's Best Miso Ceasar. All organic ingredents: mico, fermented soybean paste, fresh garlic puree, pure lemon juice, rice vinegar, capers, anchoves, evoo, poupon mustard, natural spices, sea salt.

We will call it a day!!!
