Week 3

Diagnosis
Finishing week three. I've lost 7.8 ponds and i'm at 139.2 Yay!!!..

I like the food on my menu, i'm not really eating the food on the actual days it says. For example, if Monday asks for spaghetti and zucchini I may have a summer rolls instead and have the spaghetti for the next day. I don't think it's bad switching the days.

I continue to have my shake every morning. I'm still amazed on how much energy it gives me. I find it surprising that i don't run out fuel when doing hard and long workouts.

I'm very happy to know that i'm getting all my fruits and vegetables that i need in a day. Love having the light feeling after eating.

I do have days that i'm hungry an hour after I eat. Luckily i have healthy snack to keep me tame. I love discovering all the new foods, like rice crackers, zucchini spaghetti, Trader Joe's egg white. Being introduced to new things will help me stay on track and not get bored with the same foods.

Yesterday the girls at work decided to get breakfast from the Buttermilk food truck. They tempted me and i had a bite of everything, french hawaiian bread toast, doughnut, corn bread, veggie omelet, chicken w/ egg biscuit, red velvet pancake. I knew I shouldn’t have it but I had to try it, it all looked so good. I figured that a bite is better than eating the whole thing, right? Is it will power that stops you from eating it, is it really bad not to eat it? Do I deprive myself by not eating it if I want it but can’t have it? Having it once in a big while it’s ok? I don’t eat that stuff all the time so I figured it was ok. Should I be having this conversation in my head?
